We process personal data for the following purposes: providing toll collection services, processing payments, fraud prevention and security, customer support, service improvement, and compliance with legal obligations. All processing is conducted lawfully with appropriate safeguards in place.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Nigerian financial regulations. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
Your data is primarily stored in secure data centers located in Nigeria. When international transfers are necessary (e.g., for cloud services or payment processing), we ensure adequate protection through standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, and other appropriate safeguards as required by NDPR.
