1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wondo's electronic toll collection services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wondo Technologies Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

2Service Description

Wondo provides electronic toll collection services that allow registered users to pay toll fees automatically using RFID tags, mobile applications, and related technologies. Our services include:

Electronic Toll Payment

Automatic toll deduction via RFID tags

Wallet Management

Digital wallet for toll payments

Transaction Tracking

Real-time transaction history

Fleet Management

Tools for managing multiple vehicles

3User Accounts

Account Requirements

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account per individual unless specifically authorized for fleet management
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

4Payments and Billing

Payment Terms

Toll fees are automatically deducted from your wallet balance upon passage
You must maintain sufficient balance to cover anticipated toll charges
Insufficient balance may result in toll violations and associated penalties
All payments are final unless disputed within 30 days of the transaction
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days upon approval

5Tag Usage

RFID tags remain the property of Wondo Technologies Ltd. and are licensed to you for use under these terms:

Proper Usage

• Use only on registered vehicles
• Install as per guidelines
• Report damage immediately
• Return upon account closure

Prohibited Actions

• Transferring tags between vehicles
• Tampering or modifications
• Sharing with third parties
• Use for fraudulent purposes

6Disputes and Violations

Dispute Resolution Process

File dispute within 30 days of transaction via app or website

Our team investigates and gathers relevant evidence

Resolution provided within 14 business days

Appeal available if unsatisfied with initial resolution

7Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wondo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Wondo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email and/or prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
