By accessing or using Wondo's electronic toll collection services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wondo Technologies Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Wondo provides electronic toll collection services that allow registered users to pay toll fees automatically using RFID tags, mobile applications, and related technologies. Our services include:
Automatic toll deduction via RFID tags
Digital wallet for toll payments
Real-time transaction history
Tools for managing multiple vehicles
File dispute within 30 days of transaction via app or website
Our team investigates and gathers relevant evidence
Resolution provided within 14 business days
Appeal available if unsatisfied with initial resolution
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wondo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Wondo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email and/or prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
